Taiwan Excellence Showcased AI Innovation at embedded world 2026

Elektor visited the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion at embedded world 2026 in Nuremberg, where 22 award-winning Taiwanese companies showcased their latest innovations in AI and advanced electronics. Stuart Cording spoke with several exhibitors to get an inside look at their technologies.

Since 1993, the Taiwan Trade Centre has recognized and promoted the best of Taiwan’s tech industry. Companies that meet stringent standards in quality and technical capability receive the Taiwan Excellence Award — along with the opportunity to present their innovations at embedded world and other international trade fairs.

Elektor spoke to three of this year’s winners: LIPS with their 3D Sensing Cameras and AI Technology, Litemax with their high-brightness and triangular displays, and oToBrite with their oToSlam multi-camera vision AI for indoor navigation.
