NeoLogic has raised $10 million in Series A funding to expand its engineering team, accelerate development of server CPUs, and scale commercial partnerships. The funding round was led by KOMPAS VC, with participation from M Ventures, Maniv Mobility, and Lool Ventures. Since its founding, NeoLogic has raised $18 million, including this round.

NeoLogic has developed its own CMOS+ technology, which takes a fresh approach to boosting the performance and energy efficiency of server CPUs for AI workloads. The CMOS+ technology simplifies the underlying logic of any microprocessor, cutting down the number of logic gates and delivering logic gates that are more power efficient than those available to its competitors. The result is a processor that consumes significantly less power, runs faster, and has a smaller area while remaining fully compatible with CMOS manufacturing processes.

The proprietary CMOS+ technology delivers up to 30% reduction in data centre energy consumption through logic-level innovation. The company is now demonstrating its first product to a select group of customers.

Founded in 2021 by Dr. Avi Messica (CEO) and Ziv Leshem (CTO), NeoLogic is redefining AI data centre high-performance compute with SOTA-superior server CPUs without departing from conventional design tools and manufacturing processes.

“As AI workloads continue to grow exponentially, the industry urgently needs scalable, power-efficient processors,” said Avi Messica, co-founder and CEO of NeoLogic

As AI workloads, particularly inference, expand rapidly, data centres must handle 5 to 10 times more power-hungry servers. Leading hyperscalers such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, and others are already investing in next-gen architectures to offset the rising CapEx, OpEx, and carbon emissions. The AI data centre processor market is expected to reach $151 billion by 2029, creating strong demand for more efficient compute platforms. NeoLogic’s Server CPUs offer a scalable path forward, with logic-level innovation that achieves lower power and smaller die size, especially at advanced nodes where costs escalate rapidly.

“We are backing NeoLogic as they push the boundaries of computing with their breakthrough approach to energy-efficient processors. The team’s deep technical expertise and innovative CMOS+ technology position them to impact the AI data centre space significantly”, said Talia Rafaeli, Partner at KOMPAS VC.

NeoLogic expects to deploy its processors in data centres as early as 2026.
