Aristat Quad – ICECAP Systems’ Versatile 4-Channel TEC Controller
Thermoelectric coolers (TECs) provide compact, vibration-free and precise temperature control. Deploying TECs however requires stable drive electronics, accurate sensor feedback, and continuous monitoring to meet the demands of laboratory and industrial environments.
The Aristat Quad is ICECAP Systems’ 4-channel thermoelectric controller, built to accelerate deployment of thermoelectric systems. Designed for maximum versatility, the controller can be configured to drive anything from a single 4-stage cascaded TEC stack to four completely independent channels, or any combination in between. Whether you need deep cooling via cascading or multi-point independent control, it adapts perfectly to test beds, instrumentation, and advanced sensing applications.By consolidating multi-channel drive, sensing, and monitoring in one unit, the Aristat Quad reduces integration effort and simplifies scaling from a single setup to multiple stations.
The Aristat Quad supports four TEC outputs up to 12 V and 8 A per channel. Supported sensors include 2-wire Pt1000 RTDs, Type-T or Type-K thermocouples to ensure precise setpoint control. For system-level thermal management, the controller also includes dual 12 V auxiliary outputs up to 96 W for 4-wire fans. Dual redundant power inputs and DIN rail mounting make it suitable for laboratory and industrial environments.
Manage your thermal systems easily with the free Aristat companion app. Simply connect via USB to monitor live data, log results to CSV, or manage multiple Aristat Quad units at once.
Under the hood, the system is smarter than ever. It now includes custom PID modes and utilises our patented automatic power apportioning method to always ensure optimal efficiency. For engineers requiring full automation, a comprehensive API is available to build custom control software.
